“The new baseball stadium – if you build it, will they come? I believe they will. It will be new, shiny and different, and they will come to see it. But the real question is: to make it profitable, will they come again and again?

I’ve attended more than 800 games at the current stadium, and I would like to offer some suggestions that might help:

Put up signs everywhere guiding people to the restrooms.

Change your background soundtrack regularly.

Seating signs should be large and everywhere.

Keep working employees out of heavy traffic areas. Wire every point of sales for electronic transactions. If you put vendors in the stands, then advertise it.

Set your prices for your demographic.

Make it fun. You’re in the entertainment business. Always, remember that each game is someone’s first time there. They don’t know what you know about the park. Keep your guests informed.”
