NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

“Notice is hereby given by the Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission that sealed proposals for the contract for trade components comprising the Streetscape, Entry Plaza, Public Park and Parking lot package of the Harrison Square Mixed Use Development Project (Ballpark / stadium), Fort Wayne, Indiana, will be received according to plans and specifications prepared by Landplan Group, Inc., 108 W. Columbia Ave., Fort Wayne, IN. The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, power, transportation, etc. necessary for the specific contract awarded and must coordinate work with the other contractors working on site through Weigand Construction as Construction Manager. Bids will be received for the following category of work:

1. Harrison Square Mixed Use Development (Ballpark / Stadium) – Streetscape, Entry Plaza, Public Park and Parking Lot package

Bids are due in the Office of the Redevelopment Commission at Room 840 of the City-County Building no later than 3:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, May 29, 2008. Proposals received after such time will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened and read aloud and taken under advisement at a public meeting of the Redevelopment Commission at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, May 29, 2008, in Room 810 (Community Development Conference Room) of the City-County Building, 1 Main Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.”
