Although the Lincoln Museum was set to close at 5 PM on Sunday, visitors were stopped from entering at 4 PM.

Many of those in line were turned away and prevented entry.

The private collection of Abraham Lincoln artifacts had been in Fort Wayne for 77 years before the museum’s closure on Sunday.
