Cursed Calhoun?
Last Halloween, a car fell into a hole on Calhoun Street outside of the downtown Hilton hotel while road work was taking place. Now we have the following during the Three Rivers Festival:

“A Citilink trolley hit a downtown parking garage late Monday morning, causing several businesses to evacuate.
According to initial reports, the trolley hit the parking garage across Calhoun Street from the Hilton Hotel about 11 a.m.
The driver was alone in the trolley at the time and was transported to a local hospital.
First-floor businesses in the complex, which includes the Fort Wayne/Allen County Convention and Visitors Bureau, were evacuated. The upper parking floors were not.”

How in the world is that even possible?!?!
I’m wondering the same thing. Looks like the guy would have had to veer off the road while still on the gas, jump the curb, still not let up on the gas, and finally hit the parking garage. Maybe he fell asleep at the wheel?
